How the Care Plan Resets Each Year?
Service credits do not roll over from year to year. This is intentional—fixing small issues early helps prevent larger, more expensive problems later.
Commitment
Care Plan memberships are billed monthly and run on a 12-month term.
If the Care Plan is canceled before the end of the term, fees paid are reconciled against Care Plan benefits already used, including inspections, waived fees, and service credit.

Annual inspections catch loose devices, worn outlets, missing GFCI protection, and safety issues before tenants experience failures.
Provide Real Documentation for Owners
Every inspection includes a digital Electrical Health Report with photos that can be shared with owners or stored in your property management system.
Reduce Deferred Maintenance & Surprise Repairs
Small electrical problems are identified and handled early, helping prevent larger failures that impact tenant satisfaction and owner budgets.
Less Coordination Work for Your Team
We communicate directly with tenants for scheduling once approved, reducing back-and-forth communication for your office.
